Process used:

Google Conversion Tracking. If you have reached one of our websites via an advertisement placed by Google, Google AdWords places a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google may recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was directed to that page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected with AdWords is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers see the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. We use DoubleClick as a product of Google Inc. The core of DoubleClick is ad servers that allow marketers, advertisers and ad networks to provide targeted Internet advertising to users. Google’s DoubleClick offers several solutions called DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP), DoubleClick Digital Marketing (DDM) and DoubleClick Ad Exchange. The ad server delivers banner ads to websites as soon as users visit one of the DoubleClick network’s partner websites. The ad server loads a cookie into the user’s browser in order to record information about his/her surfing behaviour. Among other things, these can be the search terms used for a product search. Since the ad server establishes a connection with the help of the cookie, appropriate advertising is placed on the next visit. A third-party (3rd-party) DoubleClick cookie is also used for this on the terminal device of the user. Process used:

Active Campaign enables the delivery of requested marketing content via email to registered users and their interaction with the relevant marketing content, including websites and automatically delivered emails. Social plugins:

On our websites social plugins of the providers listed below are used. You can identify these plugins by their logo.

These plugins may be used to send information, including personal data, to the service provider and may be used by the service provider. We prevent the unconscious and unwanted collection and transfer of data to the service provider by a 2-click solution. In order to use a desired social plugin, it must first be activated by clicking on the corresponding button. Only by activating the plugin will the collection of information and its transmission to the service provider be started. A collection of personal data by means of a social plugin, or via its use does not take place by IC3.

We have no influence on which data an activated plugin collects and how it is used by the provider. It must be assumed that a direct connection to the provider’s services is established and that at least the IP address and device-related information is recorded and used. There is also the possibility that service providers may attempt to store cookies on the device used. Please refer to the data protection information of the respective service provider to find out what specific data is collected and how it is used. Note: If you are logged into Facebook, or LinkedIn at the same time, Facebook, or LinkedIn can identify you as a visitor to a particular page.

Use of Google Maps:

The use of contact details contained in the mandatory legal notice for the sending of undesired advertising and information material is hereby rejected. The operators of the website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam emails.

Data security:

We maintain current technical and organizational measures to ensure data security, in particular to protect your personal data from risks during data transmission and from third parties gaining knowledge of it. These measures are always adapted to the current state of the art.
